Data collected

We may collect the following data when you use our website or services:

• Identification data: name, surname, professional email address, phone number — provided voluntarily via the contact form or by email
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration — collected automatically via technical cookies
• Professional data: company, position, IT service requirements — provided in the context of commercial enquiries

Legal basis and purposes

In accordance with Article 6 GDPR and the provisions of the LOPDGDD, we process your data on the following legal bases:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): when you fill in the contact form or write to us directly
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): for service improvement and anonymised traffic analysis
• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): in the context of our consultancy, audit, or placement services

Retention period

Your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Contact form data is deleted within 12 months in the absence of a contractual relationship. Contract-related data is retained for the duration of the contract, then for the applicable statutory limitation periods under Spanish law (5 years for contractual obligations, per Article 1964 of the Código Civil).

Your rights (derechos ARSULIPO)

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR and Title III of the LOPDGDD, you have the following rights:

• Access (acceso): obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of your data
• Rectification (rectificación): correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure (supresión / derecho al olvido): request deletion of your data
• Restriction (limitación): restrict processing in certain circumstances
• Portability (portabilidad): receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection (oposición): object to processing on legitimate grounds

To exercise these rights, write to contact@getule.cloud with a copy of your ID. We will respond within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD — www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
